Terms and conditions

The KIDZ#1 Infant Pass is applicable only for children who are under 1 year of age.

1. Late Fee: A 5-minute grace period is provided for tardiness. Beyond this, a fee of £5 per 5 minutes will be charged.

2. Lost Ticket Fee: Customers who lose their tickets will incur a fee of £10.

3. Outside Food and Drinks: Outside food and drinks are not permitted in KIDZ#1. Violation of this policy will result in a fee of £20.

By purchasing this pass, you agree to provide valid proof of your child's age upon request. If the parent fails to provide such proof upon request, KIDZ#1 reserves the right to refuse entry or revoke the Infant Pass without any refund or compensation.
